I am gonna make this a short thread because i don't wanna make a huge thread for some basic stuff. So my point is basically ur doing way to much when u even haven't done the basics yet like getting lean getting a tan getting a haircut which suits ur face building a physquie and u keep researching about pepetides, thumbpulling and many other more methods. Ur brain is gonna get overloaded with information and u will end up doing nothing my suggestion who haven't done these things yet first should complete these:
1. Getting lean ( reveals bone structure and makes u look shredded when u build muscule )
2. Tan ( if ur skin is sensitive to the sun use beta cartone and asthaxin to achieve that Alfredo De la Cruz coloring it's gonna give ur skin a golden undertone glow making u looked perfectly tanned without being over sun burnt)
3. Clean diet ( diet matters alot and I mean alot ur diet should depend on ur body goals whether lean bulking, or losing fat and building muscule same time ur diet plan should hit all the essential nutrients)
4.Skincare( yes u should have a good skincare routine and use products depending on it skin care type for most people it's Cleanser toner mosturizer and serum)
5. Haircut ( yes haircut change how u look and is an instant appeal factor don't go for the faggs telling u it's feminine to have long hair
6. Gym ( u will bigger less fat and look more dominant)
So that's it all i wanted to say about people who aren't making progress I would suggest u should do these first then decide what's the flaw which is nerfing u
