By experience and observation I concluded that there are more types, but there are mainly 2 type Jestermaxers of guys when they are trying to attract girls.
So I group them into a long term Jesters and short term Jesters.
The long term jester is the worst, so this is mostly average to below average guy that cannot get any attention from a girl mostly because of his appearance, so what is he doing, he uses humor and jokes but never flirty so he end up getting the girl attention by being funny all the time cracking jokes be around her, basically a clown, and she gives him the attention, but instead of attraction it ends up friendly so after long time lets say a month he mistakes her closeness and politeness with attraction and decides it a great time to ask her out or to tell her how he feels, this comes like a betrayal to her, she will be like "oh I thought we are friends all this time i didnt know you actually like me, and have all this intentions" so its worst case because it ends up like this. <- (My cousin had this exact experience)
The second one the short term is common and there is actually attraction, the guy ask a girl on a date or they are going out somewhere and when they are on the date, what is he doing, he is Jestermaxxing by asking her all this vague questions with zero flirt, using some cringe humor or ask about her day, this type of stuff, and most of the time he never gets a second date because of no intentions no flirt nothing.
