Why vegetables are not as healthy as you think.

What makes them bad?
In nature, vegetables are not designed to be eaten, so they have evolved defense mechanisms such as phytoestrogens, to disrupt reproduction in herbivores. They also contain plant defense chemicals and antinutrients like oxalates and goitrogens, which inhibit nutrient absorption and make digestion difficult

Goitrogens ( Avoid these at all costs)
Goitrogens, present in some foods, can disrupt thyroid function by inhibiting iodine uptake, which impairs the conversion of T4 (thyroxine) to Т3 (triiodothyronine). This can lead to hypothyroidism, impacting skin health, hair quality, and facial development, especially during puberty. Hypothyroidism can result in dry skin, brittle hair, and uneven facial development. Cooking goitrogen-rich foods can help reduce their goitrogenic effects, mitigating their impact on thyroid function and overall appearance. Vegetables high in Goitrogens are broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, kale, soy and peanuts.

Phytoestrogens
Phytoestrogens can disrupt hormonal balance by mimicking natural estrogen, which may negatively affect thyroid function, impairing metabolism. They can also interfere with reproductive hormones, potentially reducing fertility in both men and women. Additionally, high intake of phytoestrogens may increase the risk of hormone-sensitive cancers, such as breast cancer. Their impact on the brain could lead to mood disturbances or cognitive issues like memory problems, especially with excessive consumption over time. Some foods high in phytoestrogens include and soy product, beer, garlic sesame seeds, oats, potato’s and sweet potato’s.

literally no point in consuming them so don’t.

Ever wonder why children are “forced” to eat it? All of your senses go against it it’s just classic brainwashing lol. If u offer a child any animal product they will devour it WILLINGLY

hard disagree. A LOT of kids i know do not like meat. so your claim of any child devouring it willingly is rlly wrong

The only plant matter you should eat is fruits.

Fruits are not plants but I get what u mean
Yes, fruits are not plants themselves. But fruits are classified as plant-matter, that's what I'm trying to say.

Only the fruit of a tree is okay for humans to eat. The flowers, leaves and roots of a tree, shrub or plant are toxic.

Well said

Stop demonizing veggies, meat doesn't have vitamin c, vitamin k content in it is so little that it has almost no effect, there is also other minerals and iodine too

Meat does have vitamin c actually in a far more bioavailable form which is called LAA( L-absorbic acid) and vitamin k is COMPLETELY useless as we had human animals need to convert vitamin k to k2 to actually utilize it. Vitamin k2 is ONLY found in animal products. And don’t even get me started on minerals, if you eat literally 3 raw oysters or even a serving of raw liver you exceed your dv on your minerals by a millennium which is incomparable to plants

Well, to be specific Drs are saying that you need to eat fiber to maintain a good gut microbiome

Most Vegetables dont exist in nature

I was given the freedom to choose what I wanted to eat growing up, and the only meat I could stomach was chicken nuggets and hot dogs (if you can even call them meat lol), I LOVED every vegetable so this is just plain wrong

dude niggas see something like this but wont research how much it actually affects a human

goitrogens:
- yes they DO interfere with thyroid function IF you have super minimal iodine intake or you consume kilograms of them.
- most people dont have low iodine because of salts and seafood
- goitrogen activity is reduced by 80% when cooking
TLDR: even if u dont cook them they will have neglible effects, nearly none if your iodine intake is fine (which most people's is)

phytoestrogens:
- much much weaker and less potent than human estrogen, which in turn means that it wont mimic human estrogen but block it (this is very minimal, so basically irrelevant unless youre some sort of genetic anomaly)
- high intake (kilos and kilos of phytoestrogens) will do xx... Yes obviously. even if u drink too much water its bad for your body. should we stop drinking water aswell?
- low to moderate intake may even PROTECT against hormone-sensitive cancers like breast cancer.
TLDR: bad only if u eat 5kg of potatoes daily

PLEASE STOP BELIEVING ALL TITLES U SEE. DO UR OWN BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH, THIS POST IS UTTER COPE
i hope i didnt get ragebaited but everything in this post is so gargabe i had to research it

Shit post , no relevant takes, no point in consuming vegetables if your goal is to looksmax / being healthy

Okay kids want to eat chocolate should they lol its natural instinct horrible argument
Kids want to eat chocolate because of the milk and sugar Which are both good 4 u NOT the poisonous bean that cocao is, if you ate a dried cocao bean it would taste fucking desgusting

no relevant takes
I literally debunked everything he said. His post is basically a scare because his mom forced him to eat a carrot, and he's looking for reasons to not eat it. He framed it as if you'll get cancer just by looking at a broccoli. If your goal is to looksmax you'll do the basics and won't use vegetables as cope because you're still fat and ugly.
