Until like 15 I was high IQ shitting on everyone in school left right centre until lockdown happened where I played COD for 7 hours a day whilst mouthbreathing with shit posture no education nothing . Ever since then I havent been the same academically .

Getting by I guess . Last week shit got even worse cuz my dad went to jail for falsely being accused of shit by my narcy mom . so thats that. Have pressure of performing in exam in may decides my wage slave future need to ascend at the same time so I can at least have a good summer in terms of social life . Have ascended this month a little from the start just skinmaxxing and gymaxxing. However, still feel like roping with obvious uncessaerary cortisol inducing events in my life thats gonna stay until i dont become at least chadlite plus moneymaxxed given I am still around by the end of the month/ start of the next month.

However anyways hope you doing well bro. How's shit been going down for you?

It's not mouth breathing, if you scroll instagram and tiktok whole day it lows your IQ, same with COD

I am 90 percent sure it fucks your brain not as in just makes you a complete retard. It can however probably slow down your brain development in comparison to your peers and would probably take a few years of correct breathing to have a somewhat normal brain again. By that time its too late and the gap is to big to bridge.

Probably 50 percent of the reason for my fall in working memory is high dopamine activity cuz dopamine and memory/attention are closely related. Games and social media probably legit induces ADHD due to decreasing sensitivity of your receptors and making you non interested in shit thus fall in grades and so forth
