Humans evolved past eating raw meat because we didn't want to be stuck tearing into some bloody chunk of meat like a wild animal. Cooking made us stronger, smarter, and better at survival. Once we figured out fire, we improved the food chain, suddenly we’re getting more nutrients, wasting less energy, and not dying from every fucking parasite in sight. It wasn’t just about taste it was about becoming something that dominates everything else without having to fight for shit like some desperate wolf :lul:

The wild thing is, if we're eating raw meat, then it would be nowhere close to what people ate COOKED centuries ago nutrient wise. Animals are no longer out in the nature eating the way they're supposed to. They're caged, held behind the fences, eating nuts and all the useless bullshit, while being pinned to death to make them look as luscious and huge as possible, however, that doesn't indicate how nutrient and mineral dense the products derived from that animal are. Your point makes sense only partially. Once we began cooking, we saved a lot of time without being worried about spoiling our foods, but that also wasn't relatively a problem for people who also lived in harsh, cold environments like Inuits. It was, obviously, cold there, but they also fermented their foods to keep them longer, and in return they've discovered a better form of animal products they could consume, live healthy, grow strong and big enough to provide the future generations.

But what is evolution really? Are you reffering to Darwin's theory?

With the amount of diseases, disabilities, chronic or not, of what use this evolution is? :ogre:
