Because we are well aware that the concept of equality goes against human nature and that life is a zero sum game.

Lookism is so strong and so prevalent that other prejudices like Racism, sexism and homophobia, just seem extremely trivial in comparison.

Humans are hierarchical creatures by nature. There will always be those above and those below.

Wouldn’t it be great if your position in the hierarchy depended on your actions rather than your birth? Well, too bad. Out control over our fate is far more limited than we are told.

When you truly understand all of that, you stop giving a shit about what the left preaches.

Normal people ( not white middle class teenagers or celebrities) have their own problems to deal, they don't need or either care about all this shit.

I think there's lots of ways to at least reduce natural inequalities such as plastic surgery, steroids etc

There's many ways to reduce most inequalities in fact, the thing is that the left simply denies natural inequalities at first place, while the right denies legit ways to reduce it because most people on the right actually want things to be extremely hierarchical
