Why western normies sees inferiority complex narcissism etc. as a bad thing ?

Inferiority complex is totaly natural and make people improve themselvs even Adler which is founder of terms says it, it becomes bad when the complex made people give up. Narci occurs if people better or good looking than mast majority of people during their childhood (example: jordan barrett) which is natural again. Modern psychologist sees the both as a bad thing lol they really dont have brain and nature really knows what is best for us.

Also it becomes superiority complex if some with it succeeds in life there is tons of examples for this Genghis Khan Tamerlane etc.

Narcissism and inferiority complexes are both errors in the brains function, and they can impair your function in life, thats why they are seen as mental illnesses. Things like being a super genius or having a good work ethic so that you work 12 hours a day and never take a break are both rare too, but they dont hinder your life or hurt other people so they arent called mental illnesses, even though they are about as rare as things like narcissism or psychopathy.
