I usually get those when it’s a heavy meal full of carbs I feel the same. But with chocolate that contains a shit ton of sugar? That would be something else for me. Don’t forget chocolate also contains caffeine but very little which adds on to it. I also had 400 mg caffeine today but somehow I’m all good.
