My focus right now is entirely on gymmaxxing. I weigh 193 lbs but I'm skinny fat, at a body fat percentage of around 20%, so instead of cutting, I'm taking advantage of my situation by maingaining, by focusing on muscle growth only while maintaining my weight.

So, in 1 year, I will have gained around 15-20 lbs of muscle mass, so I will be at around 195-200 lbs with a six pack.

At that point, I won't be fully gymmaxxed or leanmaxxed, but enough to get lots of success with women in bars and clubs and on Tinder.
Also, I realized that gymmaxxing is much easier than I thought, the trick isn't to get as strong as possible like people on reddit claim, the trick is to simply do 1 compound movement per muscle group and do high enough volume, and combined with enough sleep and enough food, it will lead to muscle growth, and some strength gain, although that isn't the main focus.

Also, lifting heavy weights regularly, sleeping enough and eating enough, leads to much better natural testosterone production than the average man. That boost has the potential to change the way that I behave around women by making me more confident and more assertive because I feel more masculine and that is something that women will notice.

My sister tested positive for covid with a home testing kit, and she did the real test afterwards, and if her result is positive, then I will have to take the test too, so if I have it, my only worry is that the virus would take away all the effort that I have put in and make me waste months of not being able to workout, but my immune system is strong and since I got the 2 vaccines, it is highly unlikely that the virus would prevent me from training. I have a bit of a sore throat right now with a cough but it hasn't slowed down my progress in the gym. And since I train in a home gym, even if I have covid, I can stay isolated and still make gains.
