The reason why women are disgusted that an ugly man would dare to so much as look at them is because if there were no rules and this was caveman times, the only hope of an ugly man to reproduce is to rape. And women probably developed an evolutionary instinct to avoid an ugly incel trying to rape them and give them inferior genetics for their child
