But in general:

In European countries with the high prevalence of blonde looks - DARK-haired white men are the pinnacle of the sexual pheno market. These countries are Scandinavia, Germany, Many Slavs.

EVERYWHERE ELSE Blondes absolutely rule the sexual market. Especially in Asia.
In Asia they would fuck you even if you look like this as long as you are blonde blue-eyed:

Women want EXOTIC. And Blonde Blue-eyed is viewed as MOST exotic outside of the places where these blonde-blue-eyed guys live. In their home country though, they are viewed as routine, less attractive than darker men.

there's a preference towards darker denser eyebrows and lashes though, but having light hair doesn't mean you have light eyebrows, and having dark hair doesn't mean your eyebrows and lashes are good either.

Hair colour is cope because it’s preference and can be dyed, hair density and eyebrows/eyelashes are not. When women say they like dark hair on guys they mean attractive man with dark hair, the preference comes from their environment. I’d rather a blue eyed girl with brunette hair, but thats preference.

Blonde is a minority so naturally preference is greater considering the whole world population and how rare it is

I dunno why. My take though, is that it's about color contrast. And more color contrast moggs, imo.

it's for white guys, the case. Having light skin, and one would have light hair, everything looks bland and not highlighted. hair, skin, eyebrows, lips, all kinda same color bland, zero highlight. While color contrast moggs, in general. also it's claimed to be "more masculine" do have dark hair, but I call cope on that reason.
Blond women, can makeup maxx, and create heightlights and color contrast that way. Dudes can't/don't makeup maxx, so hair color can create da color contrasts

There are simply more aesthetic colours for the human eyes-brain, just like birds or any other animal also have their colour preference and show them through the result of sexual selection.

I mean nowadays people in areas of even 80% blue eyes are aware it's a global rarity and behave accordingly. I'm not saying there isn't an inherent beauty to certain colors and or contrastes but to say rarity doesn't affect how likely something is to be desired seems quite redundant. If the numbers of how many had blue vs brown eyes were flipped I can guarantee a change in preference. Also to answer your question my favorite color is the red one I like maroon/crimson a lot.
