Why won’t Clav get an autoplasty?

I know it would take a long time for it to recover a Double Jaw Surgery so that’s why he hasn’t gotten it, but bro, why hasn’t he at least gotten an autoplasty for his ears. Androgenic has went through surgeries but Clav hasn’t even gone through one even though he’s rich.
