Its because of the discount thing that just expired. You need to go to the main menu and gift them. Or pay in crypto. I gifted a user VIP that way.

Good question. It's asking you to select an upgrade length but the length/duration is in the selection you made. I'm not sure what the issue could be here

It's the discount thing I'm pretty sure . I tried using this discount code to gift a few users but it didn't work so i just went to the account upgrades menu and choose the user name and paid full amount
