Why would anyone use retarded adhs meds

I’ve got 10 mg Medikinet prescribed since a week doctor told me one in the morning

I don’t like this at all because this way I would only get the Effekts on the evening which is good for school however I also need to learn in the evening especially since I’m close to my finals



My question is why would anyone ever use retarded meds which take one hour to get the effects and then last for 6-8 hours

This way you only have the effects half of the day since taking them to late will disrupt sleep

Unretarded only when you need it eg befor learning Secions or at school seems much better because timing is more flexible

Additionally I don’t think I can get the level of docus that I get on unretarded with the retardiert one


On a side note 10 mg is also way to low I took multiple times this dose

Tell your doctor that you ate your entire script in a day or two and she'll increase the dose since it shows that it's not enough for you
