I think watching gore from time to time is good

Because so many people when they get into a life or death scenario a lot of them freeze up because they've never seen that much blood before or seen people die before.

There was some video of some terrorists doing a mass shooting and this women couldn't move, she was shaking uncontrollably on the spot. If she had ran, she could've easily saved her life. But her brain wouldn't let her
