Since Salludon lives in Pakistan, I don't see many benefits of him getting surgery. Looks are not as important in Pakistan as in the west (in Pakistan, your social status mainly comes from your wealth and social connections). Additionally, beauty standards in Pakistan differ greatly from those in the west (light skin and height are the only two concrete standards). Thus, I think any aesthetic benefit that he would get from surgery in Pakistan is probably not that great, due to the difference in beauty standards. The main place I think it would make sense to get surgery is if you live in the west, because you can achieve many of the features that this website praises to get a better looking face and do better on Tinder and other dating apps and in real life. However, Pakistan is a very conservative country, and pre-marital sex is still considered taboo, so he probably didn't even have the chance to have pre-marital sex that often.
Additionally, based on Salludon's behavior, he doesn't seem to be the type of person who is very deviant or rebellious. Like many Pakistani men, he got an arranged marriage, which shows that he is very traditional. In my opinion, I don't see how he as a traditional Pakistani could have got the many surgeries that this site speculates without facing significant backlash from his extended family and friends. Additionally, getting surgeries in Pakistan probably costs a decent amount of money, so even if he comes from a wealthy family, it's unlikely his parents would give him the money to engage in non-traditional acts. Also, if you look at his reddit post history, you can see that he is not super social, and at one point had social anxiety: . In my opinion, living in Pakistan, the only main benefit he could have gotten from many surgeries is matching with women from other countries on Tinder, being praised by members on this website and this community, and being happier when looking in the mirror. But apart from that, I don't think there is much of a benefit for him based on the location that he is in, and he could also face a great amount of teasing from his social circle if he underwent several surgeries.
