why would slayers in europe have trouble in NA?

usually whenever i see a guy from europe posting his pics here, the replies says that he would slay in europe but he would have trouble in NA.
How is that possible?
Doesnt europe have much higher standards compared to NA?

It is pretty easily established that people from the Eu generally have an easier time getting women in north America. Especially if you are of at least average attractiveness and have an accent which halos.
