Yes most likely for scleral show and receding chin, nct depends on orbital placement tho.

You can pm me a picture, most people here will be able to see it easily. Basically many jaws are recessed because they are downswung.
And yes most surgeons can fix both at the same time by doing a ccw rotation which is probably one of the most effective and best jaw surgeries.
