wont change that much if you are sleeping late constanly, your body should adapt

You can budget for 8 hours of sleep all you want but good fucking luck getting that consistently if you have any trouble at all falling asleep and staying asleep

sleeping late constantly is the real failo. circadian rhythm disruption drags ur hormone production even if u hit 8hrs. shit just gets out of whack.

today i slept for 4 hours, woke middle of the night:Bedge:, then tried to go back to sleep, i laid down for 7 cinnamon heckin hours on bed tryin to sleep and i never slept🛌 :feelstastyman:
 
Sleep is cope for development tbh
