Why wraparound implant always add so much mass to the jaw? How to avoid it?

Even when implant is sharp and not that thick it usually adds so much mass. It usually gives ogree appearance - too big lower third and lack of angularity. Combo chin and jaw angle implants might be better? Results with them are rarely overdone and they are quite aesthetic, although most spectacular transformations are from wraparound. Or maybe really thin wraparound is the solution? What do you guys think?
