Why you guys recommend plastic surgery when you can see how ugly it looks on foids

For every 1 foid it improves it makes 100 of them look ugly and artificial. It just doesn't work, the face evolves through puberty to accommodate adjustments, when you adjust a face after it is done evolving to 'fix' it it never looks right. Can't just put a perfect nose on a face that has made minute bone adjustments to accommodate an imperfect nose.
