You should read this thread no matter if you are experiencing this problem or not because you will still learn important facts
(this thread is focused on the common phenomenon of low sex drive on young people because of pornography but that doesnt mean this is the only possible reason you experience something like this )
If you are experiencing low sex drive all of a sudden the first thing you think about is ususally that your testosterone is low but when you are below 40 years old this is just less likely to happen. Then you realise that your pornography habits might did the damage and then you remember how when you started porn you would watch the first video that was recommended on ph , after some time you searched about the perfect video more and more and then you could watch only very specific type of pornography to get the same feeling.
Yes this is a reason you experience like nothing feels very stimulating anymore and you lost interest towards real people and relationships but its wrong to assume its only that, most of the time your habits are doomscrolling, always chasing dopamine ,and over the months/ years your brain is used to huge amounts of dopamine that real life simply cant offer, so you are getting more and more addicted to scrolling , opening and closing apps without thinking and watching specific pornography (you can also develop kinks that in real life you could never do, you just watch them to jerk off and get a good dopamine hit after more normal stuff seems boring).
So no it isnt just pornography its you constantly chasing dopamine.
The solution is simply dopamine detox, no pornography, no short form videos , just try to minimize the dopamine bombs in your day. This may take more than 1 or 2 months, its hard but its worth it cuz imagine if you finally make yourself look good so you can attract women but you cant have sexual urges and cant fuck in general, the only thing you can do is getting your nervous system back to normal or you die a loser.
