Hypergamy is ass of course, but if the status of your race improves because of it that ironically raises the status of the mid to lower tier men too.

Look at white guys with JBW or black guys with BBC pill. Due to these two races being ultra hypergamous and not having enforced beta buxx arrange marriages like place like india and the middle east, they have the highest percentage of top tier SMV men. Because average white men are adjacent to Chads due to their race, they have higher SMV than the average asian, indian, or arab guy. Likewise with the average black guy being adjacent to Tyrone NBA/NFL players due to their race, they can run BBC pill due to that adjacent status and elevate their status over average asian, indian, arab guy.

Thus, you can see that the status of your own race increases drastically due to the higher number of top tier men within your own race, and this is due to hypergamy (but only within your own race) creating more of these Chads and Tyrones, which the average normie will benefit from (unfortunately sub5s wont tho).

It's imperative therefore for the top genetic lottery winners in your race to stay within the race and improve it for the elevated status the rest of the race receives.

When Chad mixes with an asian, he's no longer producing more Chads which elevates the status of the white race therefore.

i see your point about how hypergamy can indirectly benefit mid-tier men within a race if the top tiers elevate everyone by association. it's like how average white guys are closer to chads in SMV than average black guys who may have an even smaller gap between bottom and top tier.
