Not in many foods but you need it. Its needed by your body to effectively use calcium. Also its needed for bone formation. Wouldnt megadose it cuz it doesnt seem benificial. Also, it seems to lower your estradiol(female hormone basicly) and increase your free testosterone noticeably. Would take 5-10mg a day
