I personally believe masturbation will ruin your life I used to masturbarse daily and would have mental breakdowns not so rarely and consider killing my family and was litterally on the verge of doing it no this isn’t a vent, at this time my acne was at an all time high my face covered in pimples, i believe this is because it messes with your hormones and your hormones can also change and effect your metabolism, growth and development and even your mood.

I still do not understand why people do this routinely let alone enough where it’s an addiction i’m not trying to sound cool but i am very very extremely emotionally numb i have never “loved” someone yes this is including my family friends whatverv which is why i don’t really understand all this and even when i would masturbate it wouldn’t really feel good it felt like a task I had to do such as setting an alarm.

I quit masturbating for maybe a little over a month, my skin has cleared significantly, I believe look more healthier and I haven’t had a mental breakdown or murderous thoughts since I quit.

If you want to look feel and act your best just quit masturbating if you think you act fine with doing it regularly be yourself but this is my personal experience.
