Why you NEED to train your legs

1:

legs are a large body part and weigh a ton especially if you train, this means if your not training legs your leaving metabolism boosting on the table since ur leaving out tons and tons of muscle.

-it makes it easier to stay lean bc of this, which can indirectly effect the face.

2:

Because legs are such a huge muscle, if you bulk, you will gain more fat then if u trained legs since there is no need to put any more calories to use then what is needed for your upper body

if you cut, you will lose more muscle then you needed to since your body has no problem taking all the muscle it can from a huge body part(legs) and therefore it will take longer to achieve the same amount of leaness because not all of the deficit is being covered by muscle.

3: U don't wanna be victim weight

I train legs and glutes so I can fuck bitches more viciously
 
I dont train legs coz it hurts

won't ever train legs don't like the way muscular legs look and don't enjoy the process of training them, getting out of victim weight without training legs is superior

You wouldn't risk 10 seconds of pain to lose more fat or gain less fat

atleast use the machine its not painful
