Do you know why most successfull guys you see are HTN and tall?

Because this is what will happen

you'll try and pursue a high career, studying, working will be a grind, mentally tough..

but because you are short and ugly .. you will receive no love, sex or good friendships..no validation, no respect.

and you will build resentment/void/depression..

and it will impact your abiility to grind, you'll question your life purpose

and you won't end up in that high paying career

whereas a HTN tall guy will have constant girlfriends, sex, validation, friendships and working/studying/grinding becomes easier when you have that outlet

It's hard to explain this concept, if you get no women, no love, no sex, etc. It's extremely hard to stay on the grind and have that grindset mentality so You've already failed
