Holy shit over the summer I decided to go on a bulk to try and gain muscle and I went completely fucking ugly. I went from a pretty average looking guy to complete shit.

I genuinely went from lmtn to subhuman bro. I was about 13-14% body fat before summer ended and now I'd say I'm somewhere around 17%. This is the difference 3% can make and its not even in the sub15% area. Likewise, this is the difference 5 pounds can fucking make. I went from 150-155.

NEVER FUCKING BULK IF YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD. Now I am going to leanmaxx until 10% body fat to reach my full potential and shave this nasty goatee off. I am also going to buy ghk-cu to get rid of this fuckass acne and mt2 for some coloring. Never ever natty bulking again, next time I decide to bulk is when I am 1500+ ng/dL test.

yea man I was in a 200-400 surplus eating only 97/3 groundbeef and rice, chicken breast and fruits.

I take 10k in d3 every day and also 1200mg of calcium. The fats I get from my eggs so am I good or should I still add dairy products to my diet

Wouldn't matter if bones were better. Plus not always true especially for people in developing years its better to be bulking on anabolic diet for maximum igf-1 and cut after development.

bulking is important and worth it ( if you are not natty or a newbie ) after you cut the final lean and muscular look you get is worth every day of looking uglier in bulk, im sorry that as a natty you have to go through looking like shit with also having a shit physique when bulking as a natty you should always stay lean its genuinely pointless trying to bulk as a natty it only works for enhanced mfers or someone just begining to lift weight ( and that too for the begining 4-5 months )
