Why you should never get a rhinoplasty

I've seen a lot of retards lately getting rhinoplasties to make their noses smaller. A big nose is a sexually dymorphic masculine trait, and greek type noses are extremely attractive when combined with a good jawline. Making your nose smaller will only make you look more feminine; nose feminization should only be done by women and faggots. The only type of nose surgery that some men should get is nose bridge augmentation (that is, making your nose bigger, not smaller), and this surgery is only recommended to ethnic males, particularly those of South East Asian, Native American, and Subsaharan African origin, because their nose bridges are flat.

Yes- was a significant improvement on j my overall looks level and looks complements natiral

There’s a bit of nostril show in the after there as it’s still in the healing process

I think if I had one complaint the surgeon was a tiny bit too conservative with the bridge reduction

Tbh bro if it looks like my post op nose I would probs leave it- so long as your nose looks kinda normal you don’t really need to worry shout

What you need to avoid is a massive nose like I had which distracts attention away from your other good features

Altho some people on PSL said I should consider a 2nd one further down the line but I have other looksmaxxing priorities atm

I agree and disagree with your post. I think that generally people put way to much emphasis on making the nose smaller, and not enough on fixing a flat nose (way bigger failo than large nose). I think the only dimension you should decrease nose size is in width. (Mainly applies to ethnics) I think that a prominent protruding nose is almost never bad. In most of the examples where it’s bad, the guy is also recessed which makes the nose appear more prominent and droopy. In those cases, the nose could be fixed with lefort 1 instead of rhino because it’s the maxilla that’s the problem. I want to get rhinoplasty to make my nose more protruding and hopefully a higher bridge, although I wish there was a bone-borne way of making the bridge higher. I’ll also make the nose base slimmer. My nose currently is too ethnic:
