In my opinion when you look at everything including vaccines, the way the world is now, the unified health system (which makes ppl look recessed nowadays,) if you look at it from a more unified framework, rather than obsessing over the aspect of it that makes people nowadays grow up underdeveloped, it’s pretty easy/clear to see that it has a larger and more unified motive other than one of its aspects (the aspect that it destroys people’s health and as a result makes people look bad)

I'm not a nerd about it so don't take my word as gospel but I'd say probably polio, hep b, and d-tap are good. Probably no other ones are good. Especially not the flu vaccine. And MMR is one of those things that if you happen to be a parent it's like when in doubt leave it out.
