Most people already know this, but for those who don't let me explain:
1. A threat actor can use a software known as "pimeyes" to get every matching face to the picture on the internet
2. A threat actor can scan the image for metadata which shows exact GPS coordinates in many cases
(Mods this is an example, found it on a search engine)
3. A very advanced threat actor could extract the unique light signature of the camera from the image and compare it to a database of 100's of millions of other images to find images on the internet with the same light signature
Remember, it doesn't take a genius to do this. Your average dumbass could do this within a few minutes and harass you, I know this is a looksmaxxing forum, but maybe ask for advice in DM's with big forum users or trusted users that have something to loose if they decide to dox you.
