Ive seen topical minox drinking talked about a lot in the space, but I mainly see it fearmongered
After some research and basic math this is the conclusion I have reached

Reasoning:
60ml of topical minoxidil at 5% contains 3,000mg of oral minox
My source has it for 8 bucks for 60ml
So that's $0.16 per HUNDRED mg
Compared to $0.15 per 5mg oral minox tablets

Risks:
the suspension oral minoxidil is in is typically made of ethanol and propylene glycol

But if measured properly, 0.1ml of topical minox + suspension would contain no real risk

Likely ≈30mg of ethanol per 0.1ml of topical minox
This nowhere near toxic (1 beer contains roughly 465 times that)

As for the propylene glycol, there can be anywhere from 0.02ml to 0.06ml in your solution, this is a very miniscule dose and is beyond safe to ingest

Dosing:
ideally you should do a split dose, so 0.05ml every 12 hours (≈2.5mg minox each)
Total 60ml bottle should last ALMOST 2 YEARS
measure it out with a syringe and drink that shit up

ive looked into it before and the only real risk is with the trace ingredients they put in the topical solution and with incorrect measuring both of which can be solved just by being careful and ensuring you buy good toical minox with no other ingredients from an established brand

And per 10ml of solution I use 25mg of minoxidil powder.

and I consume .1ml daily.

25 mg ÷ 10 ml = 2.5 mg/ml
2.5 mg/ml × 0.1 ml = 0.25 mg
