I have only come across 4 people so far, whom suggested to never chase women and let them chase you:
1. Dan Balzerian. Mega-rich, and mega famous online.
2. Morgan Freeman. Super famous celebrity and multi-millionaire.
3. Brent Smith *1 (dating coach). Model tier Looks, his status and money I don't know (i tried to follow that advice 10+ years ago, that dude back then was legit model tier looking)
4. LFA youtuber.*2 At minimum Chadlite Tier Looks, his status and money I don't know
5. Tom Leykis. Pretty famous radio (and lesser extend tv) personality, probably mutli-millionaire.

I tried it out. Being a normie at the time (PSL4 at best/most). Nothing happened obviously. No women felt (obviously) motivated enough or motivated at all, to do something to chase me. The results of it where: nothing. So I went back to being pro-active again, and chatting women up.
From that experience and test I did. I concluded: Not chasing women, only works if you are good looking and/or famous/status and/or very rich.
