The main reason you take HGH is to elevate your IGF1 levels, if you arent managing your protocol based on your Serum IGF1 levels youre doing it wrong

What you should focus on is getting IGF1 levels to a supraphysiological level like 600-800ng/mL and depenting on if your a high responder you might not even need 8+IUs of somatotropin(you cant really find out if your a high responder or a low responder without taking hgh in the first place), so its really retarded seeing people waste insane amounts of money on dosing, just to become diabetic for their whole life jfl

So to take the least dose possible and come out cheap you will have to maximize your insulin sensitivity

The best way to raise your slin sensitivity would be to abuse SGLT2 inhibs, Biguanides(like metformin, which also helps against insulin resistance) and GLP-1s

The best natural way to raise your slin sensitivity would be by getting lean and getting more muscle mass

Assuming youre already lean the only other natural ways to raise your slin sensitivity would be to:
1. Force glucose uptake without insulin
So just cluster 70-80% of your carb intake around your workout window(pre intra and post)

2. Building more mitochondria
Just take care of cardio

3. Berberine (phytosome, dont get berberine HCI)
Phytosome is has like 10x higher systemic absorption so it will give you less gut issues
