Why your Body weight change doesnt work

A lot of people reduce or increase calories and expect body weight to change in a predictable way.
But mostly your body just fucks you and does what he wants.

One reason is that the body doesn’t only respond to how many calories you eat, but also to which fuel source it mainly uses for energy.

This can be assessed through breath-based measurements , which estimate the Respiratory Quotient (RQ). RQ reflects whether the body primarily oxidizes carbohydrates or fats.

Lower RQ values indicate greater fat oxidation, while higher values suggest a reliance on carbohydrates.

When RQ is high, the body tends to meet most of its energy demands through glycogen and circulating glucose. In that state, fat oxidation is reduced and lipolysis(fat beeing burned) is suppressed, largely due to higher insulin levels. This can make fat loss slow af even tho you starvemax to death.

This is often referred to as metabolic inflexibility — which really just means your body doesnt want to use the fats you just ate and keeps burning the carbs and the fat stores .

In such a state, further calorie restriction often leads to increased hunger, fatigue, and plateaus rather than consistent fat loss.

Improving fat oxidation takes some time but its pretty easy : eating enough protein, doing regular resistance training, and avoiding constant insulin spikes from grazing or highly refined carbs.
Calories still matter, but they tend to matter a lot more once the body is able to rely on fat as a fuel source instead of constantly defaulting to carbohydrates.

Its quite easy to do this all you need is an Doctors apointment or 20Bucks make sure to track yo food and you will loose/gain that weight
