Whyd both my pins randomly hurt so bad today

Usually hgh suqb insulin needle to belly is literally compleley painless and it felt like i was getting stabbed same with my test-e delt poin 23g 1 inch, usually like a pin prick and felt like i was getting stab. no more blood than a 1mm dot. Why tf does this randomly happen??????

u mightve hit a nerve lol , thankfully it didnt happen to me when i was pinning but i was scared asf of hitting a nerve every time i was pinning
