Why'd I get mad and drink the egg whites

I was pretty mad bc of high t i was breaking eggs then the eggs would lose shape create a mess and shit

I also had 2 glasses where i put whites on one and yolk on other i seperated a yolk perfectly and accidentally put it on the whites glass

I got mad and drank both glasses in the matter of seconds
