What should I do about my acne and pimples. I've used niacinamide serum and even the blood purifying tablets. used a salicylic facefash for a month but it just stays.for a very weeks it had really settled down but suddenly it has popped up again. Give me ur most unhinged ways I want to have a clear model skin. (light skinned btw)

If that doesnt fix try a retinoid like tret

If still nothing hop on isotret (accutane)
