i’m 5’8 95kg i think im HMTN i went to the gym 5 times a day for like 5 months but im starting to lose motivation to go now

but i did PPLXUL plus 30mins of cardio usually stair master and treadmill

but i still lost like 2kg i was originally 97kg but tbf i have gained a lot of muscle but my goal was to lose weight and gain muscle any tips

and don’t say to put the fork down cause i was also tracking calories and eating like 1.7k a day

Muscle mass adds weight, dont just look at the scale dumbass. Also eat less you bro

nah but fr i was tracking calories and everything is there like a condition where im stuck on specific weight cause bro i cant

bro just do 10 mg reta every week or like meth clav method.
