It's pretty normal. I have it, too. That look is created by two things, often together: 1. the lower rim on your eye orbit isn't supporting your eye, and 2. you lack fat in the undereye region. There could be more things but these are the most common.

Case 1 implies that your face is recessed, which is hard to fix. The lower rim is formed by the bizygomatic bones and the maxilla, so if your face is recessed (i.e your maxilla is recessed) your undereye will be exposed. Case 2 makes it so the transition from the cheekbone to the lower eyelid is less smooth, forming the abrupt protrusion of the lower eyelid. This is quite easy to fix, just use fat grafting or fillers to get volume there. If you have both case 1 and 2 you can get a pretty severe undereye area. This guy suffers from both, as evidenced by his scleral show and his insane UEE.

I'm leaning towards case 2 being your problem because you clearly have no scelaral show. Scleral show is the typical indicator of recession in the eye area, and since you don't have it you're probably not particularly recessed.

Is there something you want me to look for here?
I was giving you a more broad picture so you could maybe identify more clearly

I think a profile shot'd be the best, that way I can see your cheekline and see if your maxilla looks good.
