Wich bloat is worse (Sugar or Salt?)

I don’t know, I’ve had my face looking puffy as fuck in the past but this whole “bloat” thing sounds like the biggest looksmaxx cope at times, at the end it’s all about your facial structure
Nah bloat is real if u ate 5000 cals of goyslop JFL its cope when your eating a healthy diet and still claim your bloated bc atp its just bf percentage

yes that's what I was saying, it's real in extreme cases, but you obviously don't have to calculate your sodium/potassium daily intake ratio jfl

I mean personally I do I try to eat a 3:1 ratios of potassium and sodium each day. But yeah agree it could happen some cases.

Salt- The bloat is subhuman, your face looks like its eating itself and your mega swollen. But since the bloat is just sodium, as soon as u drink 2 liters of water and eat a few bananas it goes down pretty quick and your pretty much debloated again the same day.

salt id say since its easier to eat a lot of for me personally compared to sugar, i ate shit loada mcdonalds took a nap and woke up with crazy uee and fat ahh face lol. It usually goes away after i drink more water tho

Yeah I feel u I can eat 10,000mg of sodium with out even noticing but like u said it goes away quick. Sugar rapes you for a few days then let’s go
