wich palate expender should i get ?

i m 20 and have :
-crossbite, crowding and misalignement.
-inexistant under eyes
-narrow palate
-difficulty to breath
-general assymetry(most in my jaw and nose)

wich one should i get marpe, maspe or others solutions for optimal esthetic and airways ? (don’t say bimax or big surgery) and what results can i expect ?

not sure about the others but I can tell you what I got and what you can expect with a MARPE

got it at 17, palate was already mostly fused. results are wider maxilla. you're the one who turns the wrench to widen it so it's in your control, you can go beyond what the orthodontist recommends at your own risk

this makes your teeth arches wider reducing crowding allowing braces to do their job and straighten your teeth. will also make breathing easier. does not address your under eyes, bite, or asymmetry though

i think mine is already fully fused and i ll need a surgical intervention. So u telling me it’s only functional and doesn’t fix esthetic ?

makes your maxilla and mouth/smile wider so it does give you aesthetic improvements, not to mention it will significantly help with unfucking your teeth
