Wich surgeries to achieve this and cost?

Hello guys i had a question for the ones who are good in this what surgeries would i need to achieve the results in this picture i tought about jaw wrap around and cheeckbone implant and commissuroplasty.
No idea wich surgery or what technique could fix my brows like there i am not on minox anymore i will insert a pic back when i just did minox topical here and there pretty big diffrence prob need to hop back on and would yall recommed to dye the eyebrows because in normal light i have this giga gay light greyish brow hairs?

I just made this with face app so no its not perfect but gives allot of life fuel bc this is achieveable and i dont think it would be more then 50k and i could easily get that
