I will cutt aggressively meanwhile ofc.
It's for the fatpads in the nasolabial area. Will try to work myself up there with the uc.
Anton (the uc device guy o tt) had the same prominent fatpads right under the zygo, killing any definition.

His transformation obviously involved fat loss and roids, but I just want to flatten that area, and if I don't get "hollow cheeks" thats okay I guess, still improvement.
