Is a wide face bone structure bad?? I dont know, I used to have narrow bone structure my whole life until I turned 15 less than a year ago, and then my face js became a lot wider and idk how to feel abt it. I mean even though the fat in the rest of my body is pretty low (no pump bicep veins, shoulder veins, tons on the forearms) my face does store a lot (no its not bloating, even when im fully debloated) I probably just need to cut until my body cuts from my face but I feel like you need to have pretty low bf for ur wide bone structure to do its magic w hollow cheeks and stuff, right?? I mean Idrk, anyone have any answers? also is there a way to target like ur face fat while fat loss or should I js cut.
