I know the issue is bone related and would require surgery to fully fix, but even improving the illusion by 50–70% would make a big difference.
My gonial angle is ideal, but the jawline drops midway, especially on the right side, which makes my side profile look downward grown. There’s also some soft tissue below the chin bone that adds to the issue.
I’ve been thinking about trying a wider goatee to help change the visual impression. When I mock it up, it seems to improve the look quite a bit.
Here is my right side, the worse side. Same picture. 2 versions. No head tilt fraud.
And here is my left side. Same thing. No head tilt fraud.
Here is 2 pictures to show the drop half way through the jaw. Like gonial angle is pretty ideal. Then it drops in the middle and towards the chin. Right side btw. So the worse side.
