I know the issue is bone related and would require surgery to fully fix, but even improving the illusion by 50–70% would make a big difference.

My gonial angle is ideal, but the jawline drops midway, especially on the right side, which makes my side profile look downward grown. There’s also some soft tissue below the chin bone that adds to the issue.

I’ve been thinking about trying a wider goatee to help change the visual impression. When I mock it up, it seems to improve the look quite a bit.

Here is my right side, the worse side. Same picture. 2 versions. No head tilt fraud.

And here is my left side. Same thing. No head tilt fraud.

Here is 2 pictures to show the drop half way through the jaw. Like gonial angle is pretty ideal. Then it drops in the middle and towards the chin. Right side btw. So the worse side.

Could this be a good way to change the illusion? I know the problem is bone. But if this could fix the perception/illusion of it that’s good enough for me.

Looking at the pictures I think it could work for you, only because you have a visible antegonial notch. So when people view your side profile they might evaluate the mandibular plane as starting from your gonian and ending somewhere around the middle (pogonion/gnathion) area of your chin rather than the bottom (menton).

Thanks bro for the feedback. So this could work for me? Making my side profile seem more ideal?

It's called antegonial notch (not sure if I spelt it right)
Also your overwhelming yourself with an insignificant issue

Thank you. Was just thinking it like made my jaw look so much more downward growth which I hate. But would the goatee thing be a way to fix this? Or at least the illusion of it not looking as downward grown, and more ideal?
