extremely narrow hips certainly isn't ideal either, then you will end up with weird looking legs when you walk and it won't be aesthetic. Somewhere in the middle is good, the most important part isn't really your hip width, but rather just your hip width in relation to your clavicles. Clavicles is the most important.
