Can I possibly hide my wide hips, is the only way surgery or can I do something else?

u sure about that?
 
Add muscle ( will probably need roids) and pull up your pants so your lower hips aren’t showing as much.

That’s all you can do

yeah. There real problem lies in your narrow clavicles or whatever it's called. You just need wider shoulders. Which is genetic
His shoulders are okay the main issue is the ribcage is too small for his hips

Not wide hips, narrow clavicles
Could mask the problem by working out (minimal difference) or wearing clothes that hide it (baggy maybe shoulder pads)

For surgery, clavicle lengthening

Anyways, you look tall and regardless of frame you silhouette mog anyone at least 3” under you

do you think my clavicles will grow during puberty, i am 14
 
So if I was you I’d gain as much mass as possible on top and train obliques to fill in the gap between your Ribcage and hips
And fix any posture issues you have
