I have relatively wide hip bones for a man. What's the best way to compensate for this? I've heard a lot about oblique training or various surgeries, but I just don't want to have a blocky hip that would cause the V taper to be lost. Does anyone have experience with this? I'll send a picture (it's not me, but it's the closest thing to a bone structure from what I've found).

lose weight , ive seen so many people go from a wide waist to a relatively small/average waist by losing the belly fat which gave the illusion of a wider waist. also train shoulders

you already know how to fix or mediate your poor frame nigga stop asking things you already know
just get lean and prioritize shoulders and lats

im not rly fat so i guess its bone im about 14 % bf

i mean like some people say avoid deadlift cause you dont wanna train your butt or dont train side abs cause wide waist i mean more specific stuff nigga

their isnt much specific things to it
but deadlift wont affect ur aesthetics but do not train obliques

exactly what you said. You are t low motherfucker if you are skinnyfat. The only solution to fix that shit is 2+ solid years at the gym as natural. OP looks like 70 kg and you tell him to lose weight. Motherfucker needs gym, solid bulk, counting kcal, top notch diet to 80-85kg and then cut. He will look decent in like a year but nah tell this motherfucker to cut to 65kg from 70kg when he looks like auschwitz survivor already.

Just lose fat and prioritize shoulder training.

Other than that therez nothing you can do other than clavicle lengthening

increase muscle mass, mostly on ur shoulders and hope for the best.
