exactly what you said. You are t low motherfucker if you are skinnyfat. The only solution to fix that shit is 2+ solid years at the gym as natural. OP looks like 70 kg and you tell him to lose weight. Motherfucker needs gym, solid bulk, counting kcal, top notch diet to 80-85kg and then cut.
